Connection Timeout

It appears occasionally Wall Connectors may lockup or not respond to requests from Wall Monitor, this can give a 'timeout' error in the app.

From version 1.9.3 the app can better handle this issue and will report communication errors instead of timeout.

If you have timeout errors, please also check the IP address of your Wall Connector is still correct and you are connected to the same network, before contacting support.

If you do contact support please provide as much information as possible.
