Understanding Debug Data
If you're trying to reach out to Wall Monitor Support to address an issue related to the Wall Monitor or if you're attempting to diagnose a problem with your Wall Connector, including app debug data with your message can be extremely helpful.
Debug data is particularly valuable if you're currently connected to your Wall Connector (since debug data includes logs from your Wall Connector) and your vehicle is in the charging process (if possible).
How to Access Debug Data
To access the debug data within the app, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Settings tab.
- Scroll down and tap on "Copy Debug Information." This will copy the data to your clipboard, allowing you to easily paste it into your message.
Please be aware that Wall Monitor is not made by or affiliated with Tesla. If you're experiencing an issue with your Wall Connector or vehicle that is unrelated to this application, we recommend contacting Tesla Support for assistance.
